PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can prevent shifting of a protection circuit board and an exterior damage and can improve safety. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a bare cell 110, a holder 120 which is positioned on one side of the bare cell and forms a connection hole 124 on a surface of one side, a protection circuit board 130 to be fitted on the holder, and an outer case 140 which is connected with a side surface of the bare cell and has a connection protrusion 141 inserted into the connection hole. By forming the connection hole on the holder and forming a structure to be inserted into the connection hole on the outer case provided on an outer side of the bare cell, on an outer material of the bare cell, or on an outer material of the outer case and the bare cell, shifting of the protection circuit board and an exterior damage can be prevented to improve safety.
