PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it takes time to take measures against computer viruses, if a computer terminal is infected with a computer virus, the problem arising from the fact that, since the computer terminal needs to be removed from a network, in order to prevent infection to other computer terminals, computer virus scan software and pattern files are downloaded at another computer terminal, are stored in an external storage medium, and applied to the virus-infected computer terminal, where there is need to download the computer virus scan software and to download the pattern files. SOLUTION: The latest computer virus scan software and pattern files are downloaded to a cellphone in advance, and the cellphone is connected to a computer terminal to provide the computer virus scan software and the pattern files to the computer terminal.
