PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational vibration phase detection device capable of correcting deviation of a signal phase until a vibration signal is outputted from a sensor for detecting rotational vibration, detecting a rotation reference position, compensating a DC signal level, and acquiring the vibration signal in a desired rotational frequency. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a vibration sensor 12 for detecting vibration displacement of a rotation part of a rotation apparatus, a rotation reference sensor 13 for detecting a rotation reference signal of the rotation part of the rotation apparatus, and a phase detection device 14 for correcting deviation of the signal phase generated in a signal processing step of vibration displacement detected by the vibration sensor 12 and outputting the vibration signal.
