PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an arrangement which can configure a variation group having a plurality of capacitances even under a state where the overall dimensions are determined in an electronic component having a capacitor. SOLUTION: On the plane for forming a dielectric layer 9, a capacitance adjustment layer 11 is provided between the dielectric layer 9 and an outer electrode 8. Since the area of the dielectric layer 9 between the opposite electrodes 7 can be varied suitably by adjusting the width of the capacitance adjustment layer 11 suitably, the capacitance can be adjusted easily.
