PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of obtaining a short circuit structure at low cost and a dustproof connector. SOLUTION: The connector 10 has a connection part 11 formed at a tip side, an electric wire connection part 12 connected to a core wire 91 of an electric wire 90 formed at a base end side, an electric wire fixing part 13 for fixing and retaining the wire 90 to the connector 10, and a intermediate part 14 between the connection part 11 and an electric wire connection part 12. The intermediate part 14 is formed by having a short-circuit part formed of an elastic contact piece 15 of a shape opening at a slant outward from the tip side of the connector 10 toward the base end side. By this, in the case that a plurality of the connectors 10 are arrayed, the adjacent connectors 10 are short-circuited by the contact of elastic contact pieces 15 with ech other.
