PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a concrete structure by using soil concrete in the inside, which contributes to improvement of work performance by using permanent forms on the outside of both reinforcing walls without generating discarded materials, and to inexpensive construction of the whole structure by using embedded forms on the inside of both the reinforcing walls, ensures compaction of placed soil concrete near the reinforcing walls, and brings about the rigid one-piece reinforcing walls on both sides. SOLUTION: According to the method, in construction of the front reinforcing wall and the rear reinforcing wall, an outside portion of each reinforcing wall is formed by using permanent forms, and an inside portion is formed by using embedded forms made of a metal, a synthetic resin or a rubber. At least the embedded forms are formed of removable forms, and after forming a framework having a constant height such that a wall surface angle inside each reinforcing wall is set to a right angle or an obtuse angle, fresh concrete is placed into the framework. After hardening the fresh concrete, at least the embedded forms are removed, and then at least the soil concrete is placed in the inside of both the reinforcing walls, followed by compaction of the soil concrete.
