PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete placing form which enables the construction of a concrete structure without the application of facing to a surface or a deterioration in beauty. SOLUTION: Characteristically, this concrete placing form comprises: a form panel which is composed of a rectangular plate body provided with a plurality of openings capable of holding the placed concrete, and a frame body provided around the plate body; a partition frame which is arranged in the state of facing the form panel; and a supporting body for connecting the form panel and the partition frame together.
