A device for manufacturing an electrode plate of a lithium rechargeable battery is provided to improve the coating quality by forming a uniform ceramic layer irrespective of the viscosity of a ceramic layer and the density of the plate active material. A device for manufacturing an electrode plate of a lithium rechargeable battery is equipped with a plate transfer unit(10) and a printing roller(30) installed on the transfer path of the plate transfer unit. The pressure roller(50) rolling the plate surface processed as a printing roller is equipped on the transfer path of the plate transfer unit. The printing roller comprises a doctor blade(40) washing the surface. The manufacturing device of the plate further includes a drier(60) drying the plate passed through the pressure roller.
