A transparent composition for a composite cylinder is provided to ensure excellent anti-corrosion and to confirm the amount of the gas remaining within a container by the naked eye, with no danger of explosion in flame. A transparent composition for a composite cylinder comprises an epoxy acrylate resin composition 60 - 75 parts by weight; a urethane acrylate resin composition 25 - 40 parts by weight; and a hardener 1 - 5 parts by weight; additionally, a metallic promoter 0.1 - 3 parts by weight and a curing accelerator 0.1 - 3 parts by weight. The epoxy acrylate resin composition is made of an epoxy resin 70 - 85 parts by weight, additive 0.01 - 0.1 parts by weight, acrylic acid 12 - 28 parts by weight, and polymerization catalyst 0.1 - 3 parts by weight. The epoxy resin is made of any one selected from bisphenol A type, bisphenol F type, novolac type, rhesole type and flame resistant epoxy resin. The polymerization catalyst is made of at least one selected from triethylamine, benzyldimethylamine, pyridine, dimethylaminopyridine(Dimethyaminopyridine), triphenylphosphine, chrome(Chronium) and zirconium compound.
