<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp containing a substrate, a plurality of wire units, a plurality of LED chips, a lamp cap and a control circuit module. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate 110 includes a ring frame 114 connected to a carrier part 112 and its periphery. The carrier part 112 includes a plurality of openings H. The wire units 120 are arranged inside the openings H, respectively. Each wire unit 120 includes an insulation material 124 for covering a wire 122 and a periphery of the wire 122, the wire 122 is electrically insulated from the substrate 110. The LED chips 130 are arranged at a carrier part 112, and electrically connected to the corresponding wires 122, respectively. The lamp cap 140 is arranged at a bottom part B of the substrate 110, and includes two power contact points. The control circuit module 150 is arranged between the substrate 110 and the lamp cap 140, electrically connected to the wire 122 and the power contact points, and controls an operation of the LED chips 130. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
