SOLUTION: A content present management apparatus 700 registers present information transmitted from a purchase client 410 to be charged for purchasing the content and including information showing a recipient client 420 to receive the content for free, and includes a registration processing part 710 for transmitting a present notice showing the registration of the information to the recipient client 420, and a delivery processing part 720 for delivering the present information to the recipient client 420.
