REFILLING OPERATION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling operation support system for an automatic vending machine for suppressing deficiency into the minimum by refilling an automatic vending machine in consideration of the optimization of a whole refilling object automatic vending machine according to the merchandise inventory quantity of a track, and for preventing useless transport costs or operation costs from being generated by making proper carrier loading quantity in a refilling place.

SOLUTION: This refilling operation support system for the automatic vending machine is provided with an input means for receiving the merchandise inventory circumstances of an automatic vending machine through a network; a means for calculating merchandise to be distributed to the automatic vending machine and its quantity from the merchandise inventory in a merchandise delivery track when a refilling operator arrives at any refilling object region in a patrol route configured of the refilling object region based on the merchandise inventory circumstances of the automatic vending machine in the patrol route and a refilling reference preset for each automatic vending machine; and a means for outputting the merchandise to be distributed and its quantity through the network to an information terminal.
