摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film laminate which can provide a thin EL light-emitting element that does not have deterioration in printing precision and has a good yield in the patterning process of the emitter. SOLUTION: This is a transparent conductive film laminate in which a transparent conductive film 12 consisting of a transparent film 3 having a transparent electrode layer is pasted by a fine adhesion film 11 consisting of a base film 1 having a fine adhesion layer 2, and the thickness of the laminate is 50-200μm, the thickness of the transparent film is 5-50μm, and the number of air bubbles with an area of 0.01 mm<SP>2</SP>or more existing in the fine adhesion layer when the laminate is heated for 6 hours at 130°C under no weighting is 0-500 pieces/m<SP>2</SP>. The laminate is manufactured by carrying out heat treatment for 6-72 hours at 30-100°C in roll state or under weighting and removing the air bubbles in the fine adhesion layer after pasting the transparent film and the base film by the fine adhesion layer. The electroluminescent element is constructed of a transparent conductive film which is obtained by peeling off the transparent conductive film layer of the laminate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
