PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the distinct image of a sample even if an object to be observed is changed in the middle of observation in observation for a living body showing dynamic behavior represented by in-vivo observation. SOLUTION: The stabilizer 5 which is brought into tight contact with the sample A so as to restrict the movement of the sample A in observation by an optical device 4 is equipped with a cover glass 13 brought into tight contact with the sample A within an observation range of the optical device 4, a frame part 12 arranged out of the observation range of the optical device 4, and an attaching means detachably attaching the cover glass 13 to the frame part 12.
