PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for panel engagement capable of engaging with an attaching hole of a panel without looseness and capable of easily disengaged in the case of disengaging it. SOLUTION: The clip is provided with a base 2, a post 5, a plurality of engaging arms 7 for structuring an engaging head part 6 in a substantial spindle shape with a tip end of the post 5, an engaging step 8 arranged at a free end 9 side of each engaging arm 7 and a skirt part 10, arranged between the base 2 and the engaging arm 7, and having spring characteristics for absorbing looseness of engagement by pressing and contacting a surface of the panel P when the engaging head part 6 engages with the attaching hole Pa of the panel P. A free end 9 of each engaging arm 7 is extended to the skirt part 10, the skirt part 10 is separated corresponding to the respective engaging arms 7 and the respective separated skirt parts 10 are integrally connected with the free ends 9 of the respective engaging arms 7.
