PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey bobbins without any problem even if load on carrying-out side and carrying-in side is changed when carrying out full bobbin thread and carrying in empty bobbins by using a peg tray transferred by reciprocation of a transfer member. SOLUTION: A controlling device controls so that the difference between an operation starting period of an air cylinder of a first transfer device and an operation starting period of an air cylinder of a second transfer device equal to the difference between operation stop periods of both air cylinders and then calculates average values of times required for reciprocation of both cylinders, based on times required for reciprocation of a plural times of each cylinder detected by a detection signal of a sensor and sets times for reciprocating each cylinders in following plural times based on the average values and sets the difference of operation starting periods of both air cylinders, compared with average values of times required for reciprocation of each air cylinder in plural times.
