PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoconductive silicone grease composition excellent in thermal conductivity and heat-resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoconductive silicone grease composition contains (A) a silicone oil having a viscosity at 23°C of 0.05-10 (Pa s) and treated with 2-ethylhexyl ferric oxide or cerium (III) acetyl acetonate tri-hydrate, and (B) a thermoconductive filler.
