PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desirable artistic decorating which can be broadly used as personal ornaments etc. with high aesthetic standard and can be created in a three-dimensional way. SOLUTION: First, a resin base material is used as a ground, and a number of powdery or granular jewels are bonded to the surface of the base material. These jewels are bonded using an adhesive obtained by mixing an adhesive for precious stone, an adhesive for gypsum and an instantaneous adhesive.
