PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine a heating element with portable sitting-type and band-type heat therapy equipments, hand-kneading type ion balance bags, radioactive sheets by using of a radioactive substrate because an existing health sheet has a flat print and so no radiant heat is generated, and the limit of temperature rise on a body surface is 1°C. SOLUTION: In this invention, a print surface is foamed in order to make a stereoscopic space, and ceramics with high thermal conductivity for radiation is added and mixed into a radioactive substrate generating radiant heat, and then the temperature of the radioactive substrate can rise 2.5°C, and portable sitting-type and band-type heat, so that equipments are finished with a heating element and a dry battery by using the radioactive substrate.
