PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device for a continuous hardening furnace with which the cambering of a running belt and the dangerous chance of damage of the running belt, are restrained with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The conveying device for continuous hardening furnace is provided with the running belt 2 and guides 1,101. The guide 1 is provided with rollers projected to the side part of the upper conveying surface and the main body of guide 1 is freely shaken around a shaft parallel to the normal line direction of the upper conveying passage and disposed so as to separate from the running belt 2 on the upstream side from the hardening furnace 4 in the running direction of the running belt 2. The guide 101 is arranged at the other side part of the upper conveying passage, and the running belt 2 is endless-state for conveying a workpiece laid on the upper conveying surface into the conveying direction through the inner part of the hardening furnace 4 for performing the heat-treatment.
