A sample feeding unit of a plasma system for manufacturing nanopowders is provided to heighten productivity of preparing powders, to improve a recycling rate of the carrier gas and to be operated for a long time by inputting the sample one time. A sample feeding unit of a plasma system for manufacturing nanopowders contains a pulverized body depositing unit of a plasma reactor, produced powders or metallic vapor, a bag filter pulverized body depositing unit collecting the congealed nanopowders, a gas circulation unit of a carrier gas and a cooling water controlling unit for cooling the system. The sample feeding unit supplies successively each sample by installing a table(700) in which a plurality of samples are mounted pivotally inside the reactor.
