A construction method of a multifunctional floor plate is provided to secure an environment-friendly and pleasant living space by having the functions of anion generations, far infrared ray emission, antibiosis and deodorization, and to improve the functions of thermal insulation, sound insulation, vibration isolation and moisture permeation prevention. A construction method of a multifunctional floor plate comprises the steps of solidifying a bottom layer to the thickness of 2~3cm by placing a solidifying composite including a functional material on the concrete bottom and compacting with a roller, attaching and piling a polyethylene foam sheet of continuous foaming property on the bottom layer to a thickness of 2~3mm, attaching a rubber band horizontally on all side walls correspondingly to the height of a floor plate, installing many supporting timbers(D) at regular intervals in the vertical direction, assembling the floor plate to the supporting timbers, coating the entire surface of the floor plate with polyurethane primer, and attaching the rubber plate closely to the bottom and the backside of the floor plate and corresponding inclines of 45‹C to each other at the corner where baseboards interact, and then adhering to each other. |
