<p>A new self-locking hand tightened drill chuck is disclosed. It has a chuck body(1),a jaw(4), a rotary sleeve(2) axially fixed, nut(3), rear sleeve(6) formed behind the rotary sleeve(2). The jaw(4) is screwed with the nut(3), a groove(21) is located within the back end of said rotary sleeve(2), said drill chuck provides a ring-shaped element(5) at the back of the chuck body(1), said ring-shaped element(5) provides spring leaf(51) which has self-locking part (53) fitted with said groove(21), the rear sleeve(6) has control frame (61) and control frame(62), which respectively control the spring leaf(51) locking or unlocking with groove (21),saidfront surface of the chuck body(1) fitted with fixedly centric gear,said drill chuck provides several planetary gears (7) which engage with the centric gear(ll) between rotary sleeve(2) and chuck body(1), said inner surface of the exterior sleeve provides teeth which engage with planetary gears (7).</p> |
