<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and management program capable of carrying out easily remote management. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring part identifies operation information, when reading a bolder of a first nonvolatile memory from a PC, and informs a control part of the identified operation information, the control part instructs an execution of processing corresponding to the received operation information, to a file processing part, when receiving a notification of the operation information from the monitoring part, and a file processing part acquires corresponding information (for example, a file or the like) from a second nonvolatile memory, when receiving the instruction for executing the processing, and writes the acquired information into a prescribed area of the first nonvolatile memory.
