<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling efficiency when connecting an electric motor to a controller. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power steering device comprises a fixing board 16 for fixing the electric motor 12 to the controller 34, and a bus bar 22 arranged on the fixing board 16 with its end 30 protruded, and joined at its end 30 to the controller 34 to electrically connect the electric motor 12 to the controller 34.
