<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of recognizing a user who repeatedly leaves prints in a paper discharge tray. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a first storing means which stores by associating manager identification information for identifying a manager correlated with a plurality of pieces of user identification information for identifying each user; a means for acquiring the pieces of user identification information; a print housing part for housing prints; a sensor part for sensing that a printed matter is housed in the print housing part; a measuring means for measuring printed matter sensing time; a second storing means for associating print processing information, the user identification information of each user and printed matter sensing time with one another, for each printing process; a counting means for counting the printing processing that has a printed matter sensing time in excess of a first prescribed time by each piece of user identification information; and a communication means for informing a manager corresponding to the user identification information, of the user identification information in excess of a prescribed counting value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
