<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit and a radio tag for obtaining good communication characteristics without selecting an attachment object by eliminating influence from peripheral dielectrics. <P>SOLUTION: A matching circuit composed of transmission paths 2a, 2b and a close stub 4 for negating a transmission wave length reduction ratio on an RFID tag and a change of peripheral wave impedance is provided in a connection part between the RFID tag chip 1 and an antenna radiation part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
