<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble generator which can correctly grasp the generation level of a fine bubble and ensure an appropriate generation level of the fine bubble in compliance with the type of use application. <P>SOLUTION: This fine bubble generator generates the fine bubble by feeding a gas into a liquid flow and comprises a turbidimeter which is arranged on the downstream side from a fine bubble generation part and measures the turbidity of the liquid flow and a control part which controls the generation level of the fine bubble from a value measured by the turbidimeter.
