PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice transmission system in which a time slot is effectively utilized. SOLUTION: A plurality of speech terminals 2 each for making a speech and a control terminal 1 for allocating a fixed number of time slots being set within every unit time for transmitting a voice signal through time division multiplexed transmission to the speech terminals 2 each for making a speech are connected to each other via a signal line Ls. The control terminal 1 may allocate a plurality of time slots to the speech terminal 2 at every unit time in accordance with the situation. Thus, the time slot is effectively utilized.
