PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel wherein divided driving of a data signal line equipped with a CRE (Capacity Reduction Electrode) is carried out and electrostatic discharge damage between the data signal line and the CRE is prevented. SOLUTION: This active-matrix display panel, wherein a plurality of divided screens are driven individually by using respective data signal lines SL and SL', is provided with one or more CREs 33 arranged to be provided with a part 33a along the data signal lines SL and SL' on the lateral side inside a panel face with respect to the data signal lines SL and SL', while one or more common CRE serving as a CRE 33 spread to both of the two data signal lines SL and Sl' putting a division boundary H between the screens is arranged. At least one of the tips S in the direction along the data signal lines SL and SL' on the respective screen sides of the common CRE is not provided with a part facing the normal line direction of the data signal lines SL and SL' and the panel face.
