PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete degradation determination method capable of evaluating the chemical degradation resistance of hardened concrete the chemical compositions and type of cement of which are not known. SOLUTION: The concrete degradation determination method includes a first measurement for pulverizing concrete to be analyzed, drying its powder, using pure water or a reaction solution as a solvent to elute each of components from the powder, and measuring their eluted amounts; a second measurement for measuring each component of the powder by X-ray analysis; and a third measurement for measuring each component remaining after the acid dissolution of the powder. Characteristic values of the concrete are computed on the basis of measurement values of at least any one of the first to third measurements to evaluate chemical degradation resistance.
