PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rolling guide unit avoiding biased wearing of a rolling part over time and the rattling etc. which result from this biased wear, by securing the smooth rolling of the rolling part. SOLUTION: An auxiliary guide rail 17 extended vertically in parallel with a guide rail 10 is fixed between the guide rail 10 and the working point P of a load on both side faces 11a of the movable frame 11 which goes up and down according to the lifting mechanism 14 and the auxiliary rolling wheel 18 which rolls under the guidance of the auxiliary guide rail 17 is supported in free rolling on the fixed frame 13. The small biased load corresponding to the shortened moment arm L1 is distributed and loaded to two rolling parts 20, 21 by shortening the distance L1 from the working point P of smaller load to the auxiliary guide rail 17 than the distance L from the working point P of the length load of the moment arm to the guide rail 10.
