PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency oil pump device that circulates an oil supplied to a torque converter. SOLUTION: The oil pump device 10 comprises the torque converter 21 and an oil pump 31. The torque converter 21 includes an impeller 22 to which a torque is inputted, and a turbine 24 to which the torque is transmitted from the impeller 22 through the oil. The oil pump 31 includes an outer gear 33 and an inner gear 34. The oil pump 31 discharges an amount of oil corresponding to a rotation speed difference between the outer gear 33 and the inner gear 34 so as to circulate the oil supplied to the torque converter 21. The torques of the impeller 22 and the turbine 24 are transmitted to the outer gear 33 and the inner gear 34, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
