PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle vane cascade, a moving blade cascade, and an axial flow turbine that can increase an area equivalent to a fluid outflow area decreased by a fillet at the exit of the nozzle vane cascade or moving blade cascade with the fillet formed at an intersection of the nozzle vane or moving blade and a wall surface, thereby preventing the fluid outflow area from rapidly decreasing at the fillet formed section. SOLUTION: At the nozzle vane cascade 15, the fillet 20 having a curvature radius R is formed at the intersection of an annular wall surface 11 supporting the inner diameter and outer diameter sides of the nozzle vane and the nozzle vane's end face. A trailing end 21 of the nozzle vane 10 extending over a part H1 equivalent to the length corresponding to the curvature radius R in a height direction of the nozzle vane 10 from the annular wall surface 11 is then extended in such a direction as to increase the distance to the back face of an adjacent nozzle vane 10a, according to the distance to the back face of the adjacent nozzle vane 10a which is decreased due to the fillet 20 formed.
