PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain trap capable of preventing the growth of slime while avoiding the upsizing and risk of the drain trap, without being equipped with an external power source. SOLUTION: This drain trap 1 is used for sealing a drain channel 2 with seal water A which is obtained by storing discharged water. An electrode 3, which is formed of a metal lower in oxidation-reduction potential than hydrogen, is arranged in the seal water A, and one end of the electrode 3 is exposed to atmospheric air without being immersed in the seal water A.
