PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper blade capable of enhancing the design affordability that a blade rubber is brought into contact with a wiping surface with an adequate pressure and an adequate angle. SOLUTION: A fitting tool 17 comprises an opposing wall component 18 having a pair of opposing wall parts 18a, 18a opposite to each other with a space in the width direction of a spring plate member and holding a blade rubber via the spring plate member, and a pair of holding plates 19, 19 for turnably supporting a clip member 20 to which a wiper arm 2 is fastened around the crossing axis G1 extending in the direction across the pair of opposing wall parts 18a, 18a. Arc-shaped swollen parts 19a are formed on a surface on the side opposing the pair of opposing wall parts 18a, 18a on the pair of holding plates 19, 19.
