A pneumatic speaker system is provided to reproduce a sound with high sound pressure by connecting a vibration plate of a speaker with a straight line-motion of a pneumatic cylinder. A pneumatic speaker system includes a signal conversion device(37), a first pressure control valve(32), and a servo valve(34). The signal conversion device receives an electric voice signal(36) and extracts the amplitude and periodic component. The first pressure control valve controls the decompression of the pneumatic pressure according to an input value of the user firstly. The servo valve controls an input, a flow rate, a direction, and open and close according to the amplitude and the periodic signal by receiving the compressed air through the first pressure control valve. The compressed air with consecutively changed pressure, direction, and the flow rate is transmitted to the pneumatic cylinder through the first pressure control valve and the servo valve. The pneumatic cylinder reciprocates linearly according to vibration of the pneumatic pressure and generates the sound by vibrating the vibration plate. |
