A communication device including the front end RF antenna is provided to optimize launching and receiving efficiency of the electro magnetic wave by matching the chip antenna and radio frequency front end signal processing core chip module. A communications device including the front end RF antenna module(1) comprises the following features of: a RF antenna and radio frequency front end signal processing core chip module which shoots the electro magnetic wave and is used for signal exchange with the other radio apparatus and which optimizes the efficiency of launching and reception of electro magnetic wave by using the module form; a signal process module(2) which is used to process the signal exchange of digital and analog; a input unit(3) as the audio input unit; a output unit(4) as the audio output device; and a micro control unit(5) which is used for the subtraction of the signal process module and front end RF antenna module and which includes the selecting portion subtracting exchange and transmission of the signal of the front end RF antenna module and signal process module to a step forward.
