An inductor and electric component including the inductor are provided to dispose inductor to the vertical direction on the electric component or board so that the surface area loss by the inductors placed toward the existing horizontal direction is minimized and the impedance of the high efficiency is provided. An inductor and electric component including the inductor comprise the following features. In a plurality of insulating layers(or, the dielectric layer : 41) formed in substrate, the inductor is formed into the vertical direction toward the substrate(40). The inductor which is vertical to the substrate is formed as a conductor line(42) is formed on each insulating layer and the separated conductor line is connected through the insulating layer by using the via(43). The via is the conductor which is formed as the connection line which is used in order to electrically connect each insulating layers and is formed inside each insulating layer in order to pass through the upper side and lower-part of the insulating layer. The inductor is the spiral type structure rotating to a plurality of insulating layer inner sides(or, the outer side).
