A vibration damper of the gas tank is provided to protect the tank from the fire and explosion since the binding visco-elastic material is adhered to the tank without a welding and the vibration generation is reduced. A vibration damper of the gas tank is adhered to the flat board(50) equipped in the bottom inside the gas tank. The vibration damper of the gas tank comprises a visco-elastic material(10) equipped in the lower part of the flat board, a binding plate(20) equipped in the lower part of visco-elastic material, a plurality of fixing units(30) which is inserted into the visco-elastic material and binding plate and is installed.
