An anode, and a battery containing the anode are provided to improve cycle property by using an anode active material layer and a film installed on the anode active material layer. An anode comprises an anode current collector; an anode active material layer installed on the anode current collector; and a film installed on the anode active material layer, wherein the film comprises a fluorocarbon resin having an ether bond (-O-). Preferably the fluorocarbon resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of polymer compounds represented by -(CF2-CF2-O)m1-(CF2-O)n1-, the formula 2, -(CF2-CF2-CF2-O)m3-, the formula 4, the formula 5 and the formula 6, wherein m1, n1, m2, m3, m4, n4, m5, m6 and n6 are an integer of 1 or more. |
