PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a wearing member for earhole (for example, a shell for hearing aid or an ear plug) for maintaining a satisfactory wearing state for the change of the shape of the earhole. SOLUTION: The shape measurement of an earhole shape 1 and an earhole shape 2 in different states is carried out by using a three-dimensional shape measuring unit 5 related with the earhole of a person wearing a member for earhole so that earhole shape data 6 and 7 corresponding to each earhole shape can be acquired. The different states of the earhole shapes may be put in such a state that the ear shapes are deformed according to an external pressure, or a state that the way of the opening of the mouth of the person wearing the member is changed. The plurality of earhole shape data are fetched in a computer 8, and shape data 10 for manufacturing the member based on the plurality of ear hole shape data are generated by three-dimensional shape processing software 9. The generated shape data for manufacturing are transmitted to a numerical control molding unit 11, and the numerical control molding unit performs an operation based on the shape data for manufacturing, and manufactures the member 25.
