<p>A commercial dish-ware washer has at least one tank (6), spray nozzles (44-2) for spraying liquid into a treatment area in the form of a treatment chamber (12) or a treatment zone for treating the rinsing material. At least two hydraulic series-arranged centrifugal pumps (1,2,40) are used for supplying liquid from the tank to the spray nozzles, and a control device for alternative drive of one centrifugal pump. An independent claim is given for a method for operating a commercial dish-ware washing machine.</p> |
