An uninterruptible power bypassing device is provided to allow a user to connect a transformer and uninterruptible train to a load line selectively, so improving the stability and efficiency of work. An uninterruptible power bypassing device includes a switching device(50) connects and disconnects a transformer(40) with a loaded line(60) electrically. An uninterruptible by-pass device includes the uninterruptible train(90) arranged at a high-tension line in parallel with a transformer and a connector(80) connecting a switching device. In the switching device, the input terminal(51) connected to the output terminal of the transformer and the output terminal(52) connected to the loaded line. A connecting member(53) is between an input terminal, and an output terminal and selectively is turn on/off the output terminal.
