<p>Stirring shaft is a conventional hollow shaft. In the upper part of the tank near the cleaning spray nozzles it has a housing of steel, precious metal or the like. Between the shaft and the surround is a circular insulating air gap. Specifically, the shaft has, in that area, a coating of heat resistant material, e.g. plastic, aluminium or the like, with or without mica or asbestos reinforcement.</p> |
