A method for manufacturing a keypad and a keypad manufactured by the same are provided to fabricate a keypad having high durability and various colors at a low cost. A method for manufacturing a keypad comprises the steps of: preparing a silicon rubber layer(SP21); printing a polyurethane film of an elastic material on the silicon rubber layer(SP22); preparing a metallic key member on which a colored layer is formed by performing a coloring treatment for a surface of stainless steel based on plasma deposition(SP10); forming a coating layer by performing UV transparent coating treatment for a colored layer(SP14); and joining the polyurethane to the metallic key member(SP23). |
