A Pleurotus ostreatus Kummernatural natural seasoning comprises 55-75 wt% of Pleurotus ostreatus Kummernatural; and 25-45 wt% of a natural side material such as a corn starch, dextrin, lactose and refined salt. Preferably the Pleurotus ostreatus Kummernatural natural seasoning is a particle of a swollen flake-form.
