The device (9) has two bearing bushes (11, 11') provided with radial flanges (10, 10'), respectively at a front side. The bearing bushes are arranged in such a manner that the flanges are turned away from each other. Each bearing bush is axially supported at a housing-sided contact surface (12) over the respective flange. The bearing bushes are designed as hydrodynamic sliding bearings, with which a bearing fluid e.g. water, stream flows between one of the bushes and a shaft (3) to be suspended. |
