The profile (4) has a defined outer target mark (4.1) i.e. reinforcing seam, at a side, where a total deformation of a plastic tube is provided in advance by the defined outer target mark during an application of force (F). A total deformation of the profile is adjustable by a force-way-process. The target mark is provided as a function of the application of force that is to be expected. The force-way-process is adaptable by varying wall thickness of the profile and/or fiber orientation and/or geometry of the target mark and/or the distances of the target mark.
