According to a system for processing on-line account-related card charging is presented to impose a fee for charge amount by checking a charging fee payer by linking to a storing medium. According to a method for processing on-line account-related card charging, an information storing unit stores on-line account registered through a web server, linked card information, fee payer information for card charging amount in a storing medium by referring to fee payment ratio. A charging amount payment unit settles up the on-line account-related card charging amount through a customer payment unit. A card charging processing unit performs charging by depositing the paid charging amount to an on-line account related with the card. A fee payment unit performs payment processing of the charging fee to a web server operation authority and a card issuing authority and a card using customer. |
